It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Tobey (Watkins Glen, New York), who passed away on December 16, 2019, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his brother Alan Tobey; his sister-in-law Kay Wellman Tobey; his nephew Justin Tobey; and his significant other Elizabeth Barrows. He is survived by: his children, Jeff, Jeffrey Tobey (Lorena) of Rock Stream, Kathy Crans (David) of Watkins Glen and Kelly Bernal (Bryan) of Elmira; his brother James Tobey of Odessa; his grandchildren, Jessica Crans of Nashville, TN, Sarah Scaptura (Charlie) of Watkins Glen, Amanda Morrison (John) of Durham, NC, Jamie Tobey of Rock Stream, Christopher Bernal of Elmira and Michael Bernal of Elmira; and his great grandchildren, Hailey, Brady Morrison, Kade Westervelt and Maria Scaptura. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces and nephews.
