He is survived by: his parent June Hildreth; his wife Bernice; his children, Julie Bower and George Smith, Jr. (Carol); his stepchildren, Kevin Knapp of Albion and Lisa Jurhs (Tim) of Kendall; his grandchildren, Harry Bower, Damian Jost, Brandi Leccese, Peter Kohut, Olivia Hurley (Jared) and Ava Kohut; his great grandchildren, Aryan Bower, Madelyn Bower, Sabella Leccese, Milania Hurley and Audrian Hurley; his brothers, Rick Smith (Amy), Kirk Smith (Linda) of Watkins Glen and Harry Smith (Tina) of Horseheads; and his stepsiblings, Beverly Cervoni (Ron), Ronald Simpson and Joe Simpson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law.
