He is survived by: his children, Devin Bender and Taylor Jade Bender; his mother Judith Muir; his brothers, Donald Bender (Chris), Scott Muir and Alan Muir; his uncles, Daniel Ferguson and Robert Ferguson; his aunt Grace McIntosh; his nieces and nephews, Ashley, Alicia, Dana, Daniel, Jack and Jacob; and his cousins, Elizabeth DeAnna (Eli), Kristine, Cathy, Billy and Anthony.
