He was predeceased by: his parents, George Clough and Julia Harlow Clough; his wife Sally Frawley Clough; his son James "Cleo" Clough; and his sister Eileen.
He is survived by: his close friend Patricia Ethier; his children, Marie Bolt, Debbie Pitaniello (Dave), Colleen Agars (Tim), Peggy Connors (Larry) and John Clough (Tamara); and his siblings, Julie See (late Bob) and George Clough. He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
