He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Cush and Agnes Murphy; and his siblings, Edward Cush and Virginia Matos. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Cush (Michele Rende Cush) and Janice Cush; his grandchildren, John Estades, Lawrence Estades, Alyssa Estades, Madison Cush, Joseph Estades and Zoe Cush; his great grandchild Naomi Vohnoutka; and his sisters, Arlene Asten and Mary Columbo. He is also survived by many loving relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the family to help with funeral expenses.
