Manning (Watervliet, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on November 22, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Billingham and Marion Dillon Billingham; her husband Bill Manning; and her brother James Billingham. She is survived by: her boyfriend Donald T. "Chicky" LaCross; her children, Michael P. Manning (Jannice) of Watervliet, William Andrew Manning (Patsy) of Longmont, CO, Kathleen Ann Manning of Menands, Matthew J. Manning (Laurie) of Watervliet and James D. Manning (Rachel) of Latham; her child-in-law Erin O'Brien Manning of Watervliet; her grandchildren, Makenzie, Ryan, Seamus Manning, Will, Maddy Manning, Anthony Manning, Finn Manning, Harper and Calvin Manning; and her siblings, Leila Edwins of Wrenton, WA and Tony Billingham (Loida) of Temecula, CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
