He was predeceased by: his father George Bouchard. He is survived by: his mother Anna Natarelli Bouchard; his wife Judy Guskie Bouchard; his children, Chris Bouchard (Mary) of Norfolk, VA and Amy Bouchard of Davenport, FL; his siblings, Rosemary Starker (Frank) of Clifton Park, Agnes Ostiguy (Bob) of Cohoes, George Bouchard (Joyce) of Albany and Phil Bouchard (Catherine) of Coeymans Hollow; his siblings-in-law, John, Paul Guskie of Watervliet and Sue Ann Higgins (Mark) of Clifton Park; and his cousin Donna Hoinski of Watervliet. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
