He is survived by: his children, Lawan Wiggins-Neal of Boston, Farone Earl Wiggins of Troy, NY and Fernando Wiggins of Roanoke; his sister Mary K. Franks; and also Jean Corbitt of Troy. He is also survived by several other children;16 grandchildren; 8 greatgrandchildren.
