He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Sr. Forgette and Sarah Forgette (Jewett). He is survived by: his niece Barbara Forgette; his cousins, Tina Pafundi, Mary Sipperly and Charlene Jewett Tedesco (Dolores Antinucci); and his pet Rip. He is also survived by other cousins and family friends.
