He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Edward J. Baniak and Jane F. Bakula Baniak; his wife Johanna E. Brooks Baniak; his sons, Edward J. Baniak, III of Watervliet and Jason A. Baniak of South Boston, Mass; and his siblings, Ann Mary Clemons (Larry) of Perth, NY, Thomas G. Baniak (Betty) of Folsom, CA, Susan C. Skiba (late Raymond) of Watervliet and Celina A. Jaszczyk (David) of Lewiston, MI.. He was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
