He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Radcliffe and Isabella Radcliffe; his girlfriend Deborah Streule; and his children, Debbie Radcliffe Cassells of South Windsor, Arthur Radcliffe of Cromwell and Lynn Frazier of Columbia.
