She is survived by: her mother Brenda Shaw; her sons, Garrett Hendrix, David Hendrix and Ethan Hendrix; her stepparents, Linda Mills Hendrix and Paul Kolczynski; and her siblings, Kevin Mills (Deanna), Michael Mills (Kathleen) and Margaret Mills. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many close friends.
