It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara M Schiraldi of Washingtonville, New York, born in Manhattan, New York, who passed away on September 16, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Connaughton and Mary Connaughton; her husband Michael C. Schiraldi; her granddaughter Laura; and her siblings, Eileen, Jean, Kathleen, Joan and Charles.

She is survived by: her children, Michael (Debbie), Nancy (Ken), Rich (Mary) and Scott (Filomena); her grandchildren, Alyson, Matthew, Tommy, Richie, Steven, Timothy, Gianna and Frankie; her great grandchildren, Isla and Dylan; and her sister Maureen Wakeford.

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting a donation in Barbara's name be made to the Mike Schiraldi scholarship fund C/O The Salisbury Mills Fire Company PO Box 279 Salisbury Mills, N.Y. 12577.
