Foley Jr. of Warsaw, New York, born in Malone, New York, who passed away on October 30, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ross J., Sr. and Marian Bowen Foley; his son Mark Foley; and his sister Loretta Loranty. He is survived by: his wife Janeane Miller Foley; his sons, Matthew Foley of Warsaw and Michael Foley (Tamara) of Orchard Park; his grandchildren, Lauren Foley, Colin, Samuel, Drew Foley and Caroline Foley; his brothers, Nelson Foley of Batavia, Don Foley (Mary Margaret) of Caledonia and Denny Foley (Betty) of LeRoy; and his sons, Luke Foley, John Foley and Brian Foley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to Covid 19 precautions, the funeral home is limited to 33% capacity and facemasks are required.
