He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Arthur N. Wallace Shearing and Lorraine; his brother William Shearing; his siblings-in-law, Adria Shearing and P. Michael Moulton; his wife Charlene A. Henry Shearing of Gainesville; his children, Arthur Shearing Jr. (Karen) of Wethersfield, Ken Shearing (Ann) of Gainesville, Walt Shearing (Jayne) of Castile, Mark Shearing (Karen) of Gainesville, Darlene F. Wright of Mt. Morris, Pam Vickers (Steve) of Warsaw and Cindy Beardsley (Bob) of Portageville; and his sister Mildred Moulton of Ossian. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
