He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip and Lena; and his siblings, Salvatore and Carmella. He is survived by: his wife Marcella; his children, Rosanne Mulligan (John), Kathy Maddock (Tom), James Avanzato (Patricia) and Dina Kelly (Marty); his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Mango (Jack) and Peter Guzzardo (Rosanne); his aunt Mary Simon; and his grandchildren, Lauren, Zach, Bryan, Abby, Kathryn, James, Erin, Caroline, Katie, Meaghan and Olivia.
