He was predeceased by: his siblings, Michael, Margie and Mary. He is survived by: his spouse Kelly; his children, Hugh, Patricia and Amanda Sukoff (Eric); his grandchildren, Lucy and Claire; and his siblings, Thomas, Kathy, Sheila, Neil, Patrick and Timmy.
Donations may be made in his memory to the Mary Ann Tully Hospice Inn in Melville, NY.
