He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Elizabeth; his children, Gregory (Elizabeth) and Stacy Mallia (Jason); his grandchildren, Grace, Emilie, Alexandra and Jax; his siblings, William (Bernadette), Larry (Barbara), Peggy Alvarez (Phil) and Geraldine Quinn (William); and his siblings-in-law, Patrick Manning (Beverly), Diane Lumetta (Vincent), Mary Prechtl (Bryan), Catherine Torborg (Steven) and Walter Manning.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to either the Long Island State Veterans Home of Stony Brook or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, Uniondale, NY.
