He is survived by: his son Timmothy Chapman, Jr. of Thurman, Iowa; his sister Christine Smuck of Des Moines, Iowa; his close friend Mary Ellen Goodell of Walworth, NY; and his stepchildren, David Petty, Lisa Petty Cochran, Christopher Petty and Edward Goodell.
