She was predeceased by: her father Clayton Hock. She is survived by: her husband Scott Yahn; her children, Scott Jensen of Concord, NC, Paul Jensen of Avon, NY and Kirsten Yahn of Walworth, NY.; her grandchildren, Rylea, Jamisen and Lily; and her siblings, Antoinette Clark (Toni) and Joseph Hock.

In lieu of flowers, we ask that donations be made in her honor to the March of Dimes, which is a charity that was near and dear to her heart.
