She was predeceased by: her parents, Colonel William Phoenix and Agnes Mae Phoenix (Tweedie); and her brother Dwight Michael Phoenix. She is survived by: her sisters, Doris McAdams (William) of Walton and Deana Buchanan (Donald) of Walton. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and cousins.

Memorial donations may be made in Wilmas' name to Heart of the Catskills or the American Heart Association.
