He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry E. Carroll and Edna Mae Thompson Carroll. He is survived by: his wife Frances Carroll (Pritchard) of Masonville; his daughters, Dr. Kimberly Birmingham (Michael) of Dansville, NY and Wendy Paoletti (Robert) of Afton, NY; his siblings, David Carroll (Mary) of Walton and Rhetha Filer Mauro of Sidney Center; his sister-in-law Wilburna Budine; his nieces, Debbie Caruso (Brian) and Judy Lindsay (Phil); his nephew Randy Budine (Debbie); his great-niece Sierra Caruso; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Erin Birmingham, Anthony and Abbey Paoletti.
