He is survived by: his wife Alice Seiden (Money); his siblings, Ruth Cooper, Marshall and Ron Seiden; his children, Jennifer Lewis and Eric Seiden (Carol); his stepchildren, Dawn Johnson, RyanLee Money (Guiliana), Kyle Money (Margaret) and Monica Money; his grandchildren, Keri Murphy (Jamie), Theresa McDonough, Seth Lewis and Rachel Lewis; his great grandchildren, Keegan, Ava, Charlotte and Rafael; and his nieces and nephews, Scott Cooper, Suzanne Cooper, Robert Seiden, Bonnie Kneitel, Jennifer Trautmann and Julian Seiden.

Contribution in memory of Phil can be made to the Walton Fire Department or the Mount Sinai Fire Department.
