He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank DeSilva and Eleanor DeSilva (Cole); his siblings, Donald DeSilva, Robert DeSilva and Marilyn DeSilva; his children, David DeSilva (Mary Kaye) of Howard, NY, Gordon DeSilva (Kelly) of Vallejo, CA, Dean DeSilva (Jill) of Deer Lodge, MT and Karson James of Walton, NY; his brother Ronald DeSilva of Margaretville, NY; his stepsons, Jared Billings (Shannon) of Wellsville and Tyler Billings of Hornell; and his grandchildren, Matthew DeSilva (Tanya), Zach DeSilva, Steven DeSilva, Mannon Loucks (Jordi), Rachel James, Orrin James, Tyrell Deserve (Dacy), Levi DeSilva, Joshua DeSilva, Logan DeSilva, Hannah DeSilva, Allison DeSilva, Lindsey Andall (Jerell), Jamie Morgan, Jackie Morgan and Lonie Morgan.
Ken's family request that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in his name be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, NY 14620.
