It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara J. Schmutzler of Walton, New York, born in Syracuse, New York, who passed away on September 14, 2020, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Schmutzler; and her sons-in-law, Howard Lockhart and Daniel Sulger. She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Kulkarni (Sudhir), Donna Ferguson (Gary), Ellen Lockhart, Robert Schmutzler (Celeste), Debora Rogers (Bruce), Pamela Hawes (John) and Lori Sulger; and her grandchildren, Shyam, Sanjay, Shanti, Sandhya, Jacob, Jarrett, Elijah, Erica, Howard, Rachel, Amanda, Kate, Brett, Richard, Erin, Brielle and Emily. She is also survived by 16 great grandchildren and one great great granddaughter.
