He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam V. Billek and Louise Billek (Anderson); and his son Davionne Price. He is survived by: his wife Janet Billek of Walton; his children, Michelle Winant of Delhi, Faith Brown (Michael) of Delhi, Michael Billek of Binghamton, Tina Moshier (Shayne) of Andes and Bethany Fairbairn of Delhi; his grandchildren, Brandon, Aislyn, Sarah, Hannah, Elijah, Katie, Emily and Cory; his great grandchildren, Claire and Mason; and his sister Susan DeMarta. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
