He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Richard, Rosie, Rafael and Felipe Sr.. He is survived by: his parents, Stacie L. Schoonmaker and Gavin J. Santiago Sr.; his sister Natalie; his great-grandparents, Mary, Jerry, Miriam and Carmen S.; his grandparents, Richard Sr., Laurie, Ramon, Carmen D., Elio and Felipe Jr.; his uncle Manny (Kia); his cousins, Jael and Milani; his uncles, Dan (Crystal) and Rick (Maura); his aunt Jacki (Jen); and his cousin Alyssa.
Memorial contributions can be made out to Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley or Hudson Valley Hospice, as these were very helpful to our family in our time of need for Gavin Jr.
