He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cornelius Hilliard and Carol Quinones Weygant; his brother Jimmy Neal Hilliard; and his nephew Anthoni Hilliard. He is survived by: his sisters, Jessica Berentsen (Brian) of Otisville and Jeanna Hilliard of Walden; his stepparents, Angela and Arthur Weygant; his stepchildren, Melissa Branagan, Kyle Everett and Danny Vogel; his stepbrothers, Donald Weygant and Michael Weygant; his nieces, Angela Hilliard, Autumn Stevenfield (TJ), Ashley-Marie Hilliard Bryant and Jamie-Lynn Smith; his nephew Julian Hilliard; his great-niece Nevaeh Fontanes; and his great-nephews, Julian Hilliard and Antoni Hilliard. He is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles.

Memorial Contributions may be made to St. Jude's Foundation.
