He was predeceased by: his father Gaetano G. Mazzella. He is survived by: his mother Rita Mazzella; his significant other Karin Aprea; his sons, Nicholas Mazzella and Vincent Mazzella; his sister Linda Mazzella Tausz; his brother-in-law Timothy; his niece Serena Tausz; his nephew Andrew Tausz; his stepchildren, Samantha Aprea Treadwell and Carmine Aprea; and his granddaughter Karina Treadwell.
