He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Jenkins and Lena Bell-Jenkins; his former wife Thelma M. Jenkins; and his brother Robert "Bobby" Jenkins. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Smith-Jenkins; his sisters, Gladys Carrier (Dave) of Fort Mill, S. C. and Elizabeth Van Dam (Paul) of Walden, NY; his children, Nanette Jenkins of Cape Coral and Robert E. Jenkins of Pine Bush, NY; his grandchildren, Scott, Todd, Mikayla and Ryan; and his great grandchildren, Liam and Odin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
