She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Perkins and Flossie Mead; her brother Lloyd Perkins; her niece Kelly Perkins; and her brothers-in-law, James Cooper and Robert Kellogg.
She is survived by: her husband Edward S. Kellogg; her daughter Kecia L. DeGroodt (Robert) of Walden; her grandchildren, Nicholas DeGroodt and Victoria DeGroodt; her nephews, Michael Cooper, Gregory Cooper, Donald Perkins, Enoch Perkins, Eric Perkins and Daniel Perkins; and her sister-in-law Donna Cooper.
Memorial Contributions may be made to the Hospice of Orange and Ulster Counties.
