It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jacqueline (Cicotte Evans) J. Rafflo (Victor, New York), who passed away on August 6, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her sisters, Violet Dowd, June Hill, Geraldine Rogers and Jeanine Mottler; her children, John Cicotte, Jr., Gina Cicotte, JoAnn Cicotte (Michael Speciale), Rick Cicotte, Joyce Hatch (Dave), Susan Cicotte-Manley (Brian), Maryann Ritchotte (Alan) and Michael Rafflo; her grandchildren, Maria Heagerty (Tom), Sherri Villani-Santiago, Anthony Villani, Jr., Jerremy Cicotte, Angela White, Kara Manley-Flugel (Zac Smith), John Manley (Heather), Sarah Shank (Jon), Jacqueline Ngobese (Kwanele), Grace Ritchotte, Bianca and Anthony Rafflo; her great grandchildren, Allina Santiago, Samantha, Paige, Taylor Heagerty, Brooklyn Santiago, Nicholas Santiago, Noah White, Jenna, Drew Villani, Alex Flugel, Liam, Oliver, Myles, Carbrie, Fynn, Riley, Sylas, Rosalie Manley, Genevieva and Harrison Shank; her great great grandchild Tommy Heagerty; and her close friend Terry Fava.
