She is survived by: her husband Matthew Avery; her daughters, Carly Avery and Haley Avery; her mother Patricia Cosmano; her sisters, Sandy Sturm (Ed), Cheri Cosmano (Jimmy), Diane Rinas (Mike) and Debbie Moore (Marty); her siblings-in-law, Charles Avery and Amber Avery; and her nieces and nephews, Nicole (Jake), Zachery, Tara, David, Justin, Jenna (Raf), Julia Avery and Kathryn Avery. She is also survived by many cousins & dear friends.
