He was predeceased by: his wife Lillian Zellock Mach; and his parents, Walter Mach and Mary Ann Shafran. He is survived by: his daughter Donna Millard; his nephew John Mack; his grandchildren, William Milllard, Carrie Kanzinger and Jennifer Millard Pittenger; and his great grandchildren, Mia Millard Thorsen, Matthew Millard Thorsen, Jack Kanzinger, Joseph Kanzinger and Julia Millard Pittenger. He is also survived by his family and friends.
