He is survived by: his children, Brendan Farrell and Meghan Reed (John); his grandson Noah Reed; his parents, Dr. James Farrell and Dolores Farrell; his sister Michelle Pena; and his nephews, Jacob and Joshua Pena.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to the Discovery Center of the Southern Tier or NIAAA.
