She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jerry Koch, Nancy Kuklis (Kevin), Larry Koch (Diane) and David Koch; her great grandchildren, Jody Koch, Amy, Sarah Kuklis (Dave Spector), Christopher Kuklis, Carly Koch and Craig Koch (Karen); and her nieces and nephews, Aria Gallo, Amelia Koch, Jack, Tobias Simcock and Georgina.
