She was predeceased by: her husband Eugene Bert Jensen; and her parents, Howard Hansen and Lucilla Hansen. She is survived by: her sons, Eric, Shelley Jensen, Robert Jensen and Douglas Jensen; her grandchildren, Lauren, Keenan, Elizabeth, Alice and Sean; and her siblings-in-law, Donna Briggs, Bonnie, Rich Clauss and Tina. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Memorial contributions in Phyllis' name may be made to the Vestal Center United Methodist Church.
