She is survived by: her daughter Diane Rodgers Costello; her son-in-law Dr. Michael Costello; her granddaughter Erin Costello; and her nieces and nephews, Donna Berger (Rick Kirisitz), Michael R. Waselnak, Diana Oliver (late Frank), William Ward (Denice), Cheryl Ward, John Ward (Bradley Dunn) and Melinda Maczko.
