She was predeceased by: her husband Frederick W. Doolittle; her parents, Paul Gunther and Claire Gunther; her parents-in-law, Franklyn O. and Harriet Doolittle; her brother-in-law Clarence Bower; her niece Anne Gober; and her nephews, Thomas Doolittle and Todd Bower.

She is survived by: her daughters, Patricia Maxim (Robert), Kathleen Groover (David), Susanne Santamarina (James) and Jennifer Kakusian (John); her grandchildren, Daniel Maxim (Danielle), Thomas Maxim (Gentianna), Brittany Sharpe, Jaclyn Wood, Glen P. Wood, Joseph Santamarina (Jennifer), James Santamarina (Stacey), Christopher Marsh, Victoria Kakusian and Michael Kakusian; her siblings, Charles Gunther (Gurine) and Jane Bower; and her brothers-in-law, Roger L. Doolittle (Carolyn) and Douglas A. Doolittle (Linda). She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
