She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Petcosky and Mary Petcosky; and her siblings, Nickolas, Joseph, John, Andrew, Donald, Paul and Anna.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas J. Gallagher; her children, Joseph Gallagher (Kathy) and Ann Marie Moffe (John); her granddaughter Sydney Gallagher; and her sisters-in-law, Margaret Petcosky, Elizabeth Petcosky and Margaret Gallagher. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
