She is survived by: her son Hayden Smith; her siblings, Tina Smith McCaffery (Keith) of Windsor and Gregory Smith (Angela) of Philadelphia; her nephews, Tyler, Josh, Jacob McCAffery and Andrew; her niece Adrienne Smith; and her close friends, Carolyn Putcha, Mary Guzzi, Jolene Moelder and Bella.
