He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth F. Ellis and Lucille Ellis of Vestal; and his sister Joyce Greene. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ellis of Vestal; his sister Brenda Lane of Florida; his friends, Herb Greene, Robert Decker, Carl Milnes and Roger Schultz; his children, Todd Ellis of Vestal, Nathan (Allison Ellis), Penny (James Maurer) and Beth Ellis (Yvonne Trumpowsky); and his grandchildren, Ava Maurer, Alexis Elwood, Kelsey Compeau and Ashley Keating. He is also survived by his four children, four granddaughters.
