He was predeceased by: his father Guy Herrick; his son Francis; his stepfather John Johnson (Gladden); his brother Ronald; his sister-in-law Janet Herrick; his sister Joan; his brother-in-law Joseph Wanczyk; his parents-in-law, Elizabeth and Maxwell Kane; his brother James; and his siblings-in-law, Arlene Kane and Anthony Riley.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Herrick (Kane); his daughters, Barbara Ritch (Greg), Elizabeth Herrick (Debra Roma), Lynn Magoulas (Tony Mueller) and Patricia Herrick (Lou DeCunzo); his grandchildren, Daniel Gregory Ritch, Kailey Elizabeth Ritch, Timothy John Ritch (Gabrielle), Christopher John Herrick (Alison), Alyssa Lynn Polosky, Grace Elizabeth Polosky (Nick Jasikoff), Allison Elizabeth Magoulas, Nicholas Guy Magoulas, Mary Victoria Camienier (Sam) and Zane Herrick Agnew (Belinda Ligotino); his great grandchildren, Ella, Aubree Ritch and Declan Polosky Jasikoff; his sister-in-law Anne Riley; and his grandson Jacob Mueller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
