With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Marie Picciano of Vestal, New York, who passed away on February 16, 2023 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Picciano Jr.; her parents, Arthur and Helen; and her former husband Carlo Cordisco. She is survived by: her children, Yvonne Visram (Ally) and Frank Cordisco (Joy Burrell); her grandchildren, Zayn Visram and Zamir Visram; her siblings, Cyndi Sutliff and Gary Sutliff; her stepmother Liv Sutliff; and her close friend Albert Nocciolino. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
