He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Marshall and Florence Marshall; and his significant other Jeannie Behr of Chicago. He is survived by: his sons, David Marshall (Sally Stephenson) of Bozeman, MT and Jonathan A. Marshall (Andrea Marshall) of Montclair, NJ; his sister Gloria Marshall Klein (Herbert Klein) of New York, NY; his grandchildren, Suzanna Marshall (Ryan Franklin), Natalie Marshall, Drew Marshall, Alec Marshall and Grant Marshall; and his great grandchild Milo Franklin. He is also survived by niece, nephews, a grandniece, and grandnephews.
