It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James Voorheis of Trumansburg, New York, born in Montour Falls, New York, who passed away on December 6, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin Voorheis and Betty Voorheis; and his siblings, Bucky, Jean and Carol.
He is survived by: his children, Stacy Voorheis, Jamie Crowley, Sheila Voorheis, Susie Griffen (Darryl) and Kristina Crowley-John (John); his grandchildren, Zachariah, Nasyah, Jebidiah Proctor, Danielle, Dallas Griffen, Derek Voorheis, Rachel, Ivan "Nikki" Shorts, Mercedes, Dalton Crowley, Samantha Phillips, Daniel, Grace and Isabella John; his great grandchildren, Elivia Mundell and Ronan Voorheis (Please); and his siblings, Roland Voorheis, Ted Herforth, Linda Abbott and Gayle Mazourek.
In keeping with COVID-19 regulations, everyone in attendance will be required to wear a mask.
