We are sad to announce that on January 5, 2021 we had to say goodbye to Dixie Wager of Trumansburg, New York, born in Ithaca, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldred Covert and Madelyn Covert (Smallen); and her sister Jane King. She is survived by: her husband Gene Wager; her daughters, Wendy Wager, Patty Johnson (Ed), Karrie Capers and Marcie Wager; and her sisters, Clara Covert and Marilyn Eaton. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren.

“To the family, Knowing Dixie was an honor, I can’t help but think of her fondly and smiling at her witty comments. I will miss seeing Dixie weekly, I always looked forward to our visits even when she was not up to it. As for the family, I am grateful for having met Dick and Marcy and have been in awe of the care you were able to provide over the past 2 years.
