She was predeceased by: her parents, James Henry and Almetta Pompey Henry; her son James P. "Jim" Riggins, Jr.; her adoptive daughter Jacqulyne Martin; and her siblings, Rosea Mosley (late Theodore) and Willie James Henry (late Girline).
She is survived by: her husband James P. "JP" Riggins of Troy; her children, Dorraine Riggins of Troy, Geraldine Stevens (Gary) of Rotterdam, Steven M. Riggins (Linda) of Bowie, MD. and Rochelle Riggins of Randallstown, MD.; her adoptive children, Pennie Simon and Tony (Beth); her siblings, Ruby Johnson (late Ephraim), Lila Benjamin (Ulysses) and Alexander Henry (Elizabeth); her grandchildren, Tori Plummer (Chris), Courtney Evans, Austin Riggins and Jasmine Riggins; her great grandchildren, Chris Plummer Jr., Jaden Plummer, Joshua Plummer, Zyaire Huff and Zyn Huff; and her godchild Corsina Wiley (Michael). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of relatives and friends.
