We are sad to announce that on November 1, 2023, at the age of 81, Jeanne E. Rafferty (Troy, New York) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George L. Connally and Isabel Nelson Connally; her husband Raymond C. Rafferty; and her siblings, Patricia Violette and George L. Connally, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Masterson (Bryant) of Gansevoort and Raymond "Dan" Rafferty of Troy; her grandchildren, Erica (Kyler Clark) and Bryant Masterson, II (Micala); and her sister Colleen Sand (Larry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in memory of Jeanne may be made to the St. Augustine's Food Pantry or The Toys for Tots.
