He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph O'Neil and Josephine O'Neil (Clarke); his wife Shirley A. O'Neil (Lee) of Troy, NY; his son Michael Patrick (O'Neil); his brother Thomas; and his sister-in-law Sally O'Neil.
He is survived by: his children, Maureen (Peter), Mark (Wendy), Matthew (Donna) and Megan (Mark); his grandchildren, Nicholas, Rachel, Taylor, Christopher, Rebecca, Riley, Robert and Scott; his great grandchild Owen; and his sister Nancy Jette. He is also survived by many relatives and dear friends.
